Nearby Grayson lake opens the door to paddling adventures, with kayaking and paddleboarding routes that let you explore quiet coves.

And beyond the property, our guests often venture out to places like Laurel Gorge and Carter Caves, where you’ll find a wide variety of hiking trails, cave systems, and incredible views. Back at camp, we offer practical amenities like fire pits, picnic tables, hammocks and more with luxury upgrades including a sauna, cowboy pools, and a cold plunge coming soon! The balance here is truly intentional: active days paired with simple ways to slow down once you’re back.

Where You’ll Stay

Stays at Grayson Getaways are spread across the property which avoids that dreaded centralized, cramped layout. And while some guests choose the unique experience of a glamping tent, others choose the four solid walls of our modern cabins. Either way, everyone shares the same immediate access to trails, water, and and all of our park amenities.

In our cabins, the layouts range from compact one-bedroom abodes with lofted sleeping areas to larger options that work well for families or small groups. Porches, fire pits, and grills draw evenings outdoors, while kitchens and living spaces make longer stays easy to settle into. The lack of televisions is a conscious choice, helping the space feel restorative rather than distracting.
